...where ideas turn into success!
We help our customers to implement their ideas step by step. In line with our focus, the end result is a product that protects people from machines. If you would also like to help make the automated world of tomorrow safer, we would be pleased if you could find out more about us on these pages and get in touch.
What connects us? We are passionate embedded engineers who love a crunchy challenge. We have tinkerers & hobbyists working for us who enjoy helping our customers with know-how.
As an engineer or engineers in our technical department you have many challenges, which are just right for experienced developers:
It’s guaranteed not to be boring.
In smaller projects, you not only have the opportunity to create concepts and architectures, but also to take on the implementation yourself – a broad spectrum of tasks. In larger complex projects you get tasks as an experienced engineer exactly according to the respective collar width – challenging tasks.
Whether as a software developer with experience, or already as a FuSi specialist who has seen almost everything – experience is valued by us and also used appropriately.
With us you can develop in different directions, e.g. in the direction of
We would be pleased if you contact us so that we can discuss these directions together.
Once you have your degree in the bag, we will offer you your first job. This will allow you to expand your technical knowledge and work on the front lines of technical innovation.
For young engineers, our daily work is very suitable to test and advance your own skills. This is because we are always working on new projects from different customers. That’s how you get to know different environments, technologies and ways of working.
Of course, this also means that you are challenged. You always have to be ready to learn and sometimes have to work on tricky problems for a longer period of time.
We put a lot of effort into making the induction as effective as possible.
The following elements are standard in our induction process to ensure that the collaboration is a mutual success:
Those who start with us are not first put on the sidelines for months of dry runs. We deliberately integrate new employees into projects after a short time. On-the-job training is irreplaceable, and you can quickly integrate into the team.
Every year we offer interested young students the opportunity to complete a one-week BOGY internship with us. The week is varied through various exercises and tasks, around the:
If you are interested in getting a taste of other areas of the company – from administration to programming – you can simply look over the shoulders of the employees there. In the list of our vacancies there is also an entry for the BOGY internship, for which anyone interested can simply apply.
Our goal is to help girls and boys learn about the working world and develop their own interests. Our special focus is, of course, on enthusiasm for technology.
Automation – especially in the world of embedded electronics – is a major field of the future with a wide range of challenges. There is already a shortage of engineers on the job market, possibly also because many people cannot accurately imagine the daily work of an electrical engineer.
Students who have successfully completed their first semesters at a university or university of applied sciences can apply and expand their theoretical knowledge with us. Within the framework of a student internship! Duration, scope and content are handled flexibly, depending on the student’s situation and our supervision capacities.
During the internship you will usually work on a project. A bit like writing a thesis with us. The scope and content are determined together according to the student’s interests, existing project ideas and available time.
Basically, you will be considered a regular employee for the duration of your internship and will be assigned to an internal project. You will be assigned a mentor who will supervise your internship work. He or she is the first point of contact for all technical and other questions. We don’t make you make coffee, copy or do any useless programming tasks. We give you challenging projects that have added value for us and give you the opportunity to gain valuable practical experience. That’s why we also pay an internship fee.
We also prefer to supervise final theses for bachelor or master students. We are happy if you bring your own project ideas. Otherwise we will think about something together with you.
The procedure is similar to an internship: You will be assigned a supervisor who is the first point of contact for all questions.
Past projects had e.g. the following topics:
Our goal is to keep the application process streamlined and effective. At the same time, it is important that you as the applicant and we as the employer get a picture of whether you are a good fit.
The best way is to send us your application in PDF format to job@mesco.de. We will do our best to respond quickly. But during intense times, it may take a few days.
If you are still unsure and/or have questions in advance, feel free to email us. We will then have a telephone conversation. Afterwards you can decide whether it is worthwhile for you to apply or not.
When you send us your application, we are looking forward to receiving a cover letter and a meaningful CV. Your work and training references are also very interesting (file formats PDF).
After internal review of your application documents, the further process looks like this:
We look forward to hearing from you!
Our customers are scattered worldwide, which enriches our work through multicultural contacts and occasional travel. Although we are a service provider, our engineers are not on loan to the customer or basically at the customer’s site. It is true that we are often involved in the customer team and meet customers all over the world. However, the development work is done in our offices. There, where we can best coordinate and concentrate.
