To lead our team at our location in Sarajevo we are looking for a
R&D Manager (m/f/x)
Your tasks
- Responsibility for the profitability of the site
- Control of the cost side
- Generating sales from project and project business
- Ensuring an annual EBIT target
- Management and continuous development of the site
- Developing the R&D department in terms of expertise and personnel
- Coordinate collaboration with external development resources
- Supporting the partner company in Sarajevo in coordination with R&D in Lörrach
Your profile
- Master’s/Dipl.-Ing./Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, automation technology, computer engineering or comparable disciplines
- Sound professional experience in the field of software development
- Leadership skills and ability to work in a team
- Experience in project and budget controlling
- Experience in shaping and organising teams and processes
- Experience in project and quality management (ISO9001 and IEC 61508)
- Business fluent in English
