MESCO Group continues to expand its competencies in the USA. MESCO Engineering, Inc. has been accredited by the IO-Link Steering Committee as an IO-Link Competence Center. As such, MESCO now offers manufacturers and vendors from North America technical expertise and support on IO-Link, as well as master and device development support.
IO-Link, the new bidirectional, digital point-to-point communication standard (IEC 61131-9), provides a standardized mapping of advanced sensor and actuator functions into the control tool environment. The technology is easy and cost-effective to integrate and plays an important role in the advancement of IIoT. Especially in automation technology, IO-Link is therefore becoming increasingly important.
In Germany, the MESCO Group works closely with its partner TEConcept in the field of IO-Link. Together they have been pioneers in the field of IO-Link for years and have proven their competence many times through their participation in the IO-Link community.
