The aim of the workshop is to provide basic knowledge and a general overview on the topic of drive technology (drives and encoders) with PROFINET as well as to show possible implementation possibilities and to present relevant tools and solutions. A live demo demonstrates vendor independence and interoperability of the technology.
The main subject-theme of MESCO’s presentation is safe drive functions with PROFIsafe. We will elaborate on what requirements you have to recon with and those you should be aware of in a typical PROFIsafe development. Specifically, we will give you information on how you can reach solutions with less effort and risk.
