MESCO presents version 7.7 of its HART® Slave Stacks
MESCO has launched a new version of its portable protocol software for HART field devices (HART: Highway Addressable Remote Transducer). HART Slave Stack 7.7 provides a quick and easy solution for implementing device communication that fully complies with the HART fieldbus system. A detailed documented API (Application Programming Interface) makes integration and porting even easier. The pre-certified software significantly shortens development times.
The biggest advantages
- The framework contains 57 additional Common Practice commands and complies with the new test specifications for the HART protocol.
- Together with the structured Hardware Abstraction Layer (HAL), the detailed documented programming interface ensures easy integration and portability.
- The MESCO Slave Stack already fully complies with the new HART protocol test specifications issued by FieldComm Group in June 2017.
