MESCO presented the library Safe Drive Functions, Safety Design Packages and introduced itself as a partner from the concept to the certification of “Integrated Safety”.
In the future, drive technology will face further new requirements on the way to Industry 4.0. In order to meet these, further-reaching specialist knowledge and the exchange with experts is indispensable.
The topic of safety was the focus of many technical discussions. In-depth discussions on site confirmed that the demand for safety services is increasing. Due to the increasing cost and deadline pressure, there is a growing desire for systematized reusability of development parts in the form of proven circuits and software, so-called design packages, as offered by MESCO. This way the customer realizes a significant cost reduction and shorter time-to-market. We are pleased to be able to support this path as a development partner.
The next Practical Forum on Electric Drive Technology is planned for April/March 2019, where MESCO will be happy to participate again as an expert for drive technology.
