Technical Manager (m/f/x)
Your tasks
- Disciplinary and technical management of the development departments
- Reviewing the planning, coordination, and control of resource allocation in collaboration with development management to meet customer requirements
- Supporting new projects from conception to quotation preparation
- Developing methods and processes for the development area
- Improving processes within the department and across departments
- Monitoring projects to ensure that project goals are met in terms of deadlines, costs, and quality
- Planning, managing, and controlling the investment and training budget in consultation with management
- Developing employees in the area of responsibility in terms of professional/technical competence, management, teamwork, and social skills
Your profile
- Master’s/Dipl.-Ing./Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, automation technology, computer engineering, or comparable fields
- Extensive professional experience in development management
- Several years of management experience (technical and disciplinary)
- Strong leadership skills and ability to work in a team
- Experience in project and budget controlling
- Experience in multi-project management
- Ability to present complex technical concepts in a simple manner
- Experience in forming and shaping teams and processes
- Experience in project and quality management (ISO9001 and IEC 61508)
- Business fluent German and English skills
