Application guide
How an application is handled by us
It is our goal to keep the recruitment process lean and effective. At the same time it is important, that you as a candidate and we as a future employer get a good picture if our expectations match up.
How to apply?
The best way is to send us your application in PDF format to job@mesco.de. We will try to react quickly. But in busy times it may take a few days.
Questions
If you are still unsure and/or have any questions, please feel free to send us an e-mail. We can have a phone call. Afterwards you can decide whether an application is worthwhile to you or not.
Documents
If you send us your application, we will be happy to receive a cover letter and a comprehensive curriculum vitae. Your work and training certificates are also very interesting (file format PDF).
After an internal review of your application documents, the further process looks like this:
- Short telephone interview
- Personal interview on site — with the future managers (approx. 1 hour)
- Trial day. This is not supposed to be a theoretical test. It's about getting to know each other better, having technical discussions and having lunch together. So you can make a decision afterwards with a good feeling.
